At The Grand View Resort, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. Our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be transparent and fair.
Cancellation Policy
- For Direct Bookings:
- Cancellations made 7 days or more before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
- Cancellations made 3-6 days before check-in will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations made within 2 days of check-in are non-refundable.
- For Special Offers/Promotions: Bookings made under promotional rates may have different cancellation policies, which will be outlined at the time of booking. These bookings may be non-refundable.
Refund Policy
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of the cancellation request, and the amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
- In the case of no-shows (failure to check in on the booked date), the booking will be treated as cancelled, and no refunds will be issued.
Early Check-Out
No refunds will be issued for early check-out unless exceptional circumstances apply, subject to management discretion.
Modification of Reservation
If you wish to modify your reservation (e.g., change dates), this will be subject to availability and may incur additional charges depending on the time of the request and our policies at the time.
